Shift Pattern: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Pay
Pay: Blended hourly rate of £29.03ph for 36 hours (£1045 for a weekend of work)

Responsibilities
* Carry out plating operations following work instructions and reading drawings to ensure that steel is cut to specification.
* Cut and prepare plates / sections.
* Tack welding.
* Accurately assemble and ensure that plating is carried out to spec and pass to welders for final assembly.
* Work with inspections and quality teams to keep to plan and spec.
* Support training of apprentices and new employees.
Qualifications
* Time-served through a recognised apprenticeship.
* Skilled in reading engineering drawings and maintaining trade competency.
* Competency with equipment, someone who continually trains to meet trade requirements.
* A passion for meeting and exceeding customer requirements while achieving targets.
* Willingness to take on new challenges to develop competency with commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous development.
