Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:
7. Deliver projects from inception through to completion
8. Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
9. Produce detailed drawing packages and specifications
10. Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other internal and external team members
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:
11. ARB registered
12. Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
13. Proficiency with Revit
14. Experience managing projects across various sectors
15. Excellent drawing and design skills
16. Strong attention to detail
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills
18. Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
