Duties & Responsibilities related to the Housekeeping Team Leader role
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and high standards throughout the property.
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to maintain quality control.
* Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to promote efficiency and teamwork.
* Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
