Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk - Bath
Contract Details:

3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
4. Location: Bath, hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
5. Managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
6. Processing supplier invoices and managing payment runs.
7. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
8. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
9. Assisting with month-end processes and reporting as required.
Requirements:
10. Previous experience in purchase ledger or a similar role.
11. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
12. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
13. Ability to work well as part of a team
