Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced SSSTS Site Supervisor for immediate start in Oswestry.
Role & Responsibilities
* Supervising day-to-day site operations and workforce
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
* Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
* Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
* Monitoring progress and reporting to site management
* Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
* Maintaining health & safety regulations at all times
* Checking RAMS and ensuring compliance on site
Assisting With Deliveries, Materials, And Site Logistics
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* Previous experience in a supervisory role
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
