About the Role
As Head of Growth, youll:
1. Define and execute integrated growth strategies, covering lead generation, acquisition, onboarding, expansion, and retention.
2. Take ownership of the sales pipeline from prospecting through to close, including outreach, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
3. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, spanning Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-first thinking.
