Location: Flexible | Full-Time | Hybrid/Remote Options Available We’ve successfully rolled out multiple Workday modules over the past two years, and now we’re entering an exciting new phase of our transformation journey. As we enter the next phase of our Workday programme, we’re looking for a talented HRIS Consultant to help us get it right. This is your chance to work at the heart of a dynamic programme, collaborating with our implementation partners and internal teams across People, Payroll, and IS. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Workday solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with real business needs. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract to start – but we’re building a long-term team to support Workday post go-live, so there’s real potential for extension or permanent opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing Working with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the next phase of our Workday implementation. Configuration, testing, and system optimisation of HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Peakon Employee Voice. Troubleshooting issues, supporting end-users, and continuously improving our Workday environment. What We’re Looking For Proven experience with Workday. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you love digging into data and systems. Experience in system configuration, testing, and user support. The full time role is for 37.5 hours per week within our core operating hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm. We can be flexible on location but you will need to come into our offices in Leeds for the occasional workshop.
