Join a Leading Construction Team – Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Needed
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to manage the financial and contractual aspects of high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career progression in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals
* Review project plans, conduct site visits, and gather cost data
* Control budgets and manage cost planning from inception to completion
* Handle procurement and contract administration
* Create detailed reports and support strategic project planning
* Ensure compliance with building codes and specifications
Requirements
* 2+ years’ experience in estimating or quantity surveying
* Strong understanding of construction methods, project management, and budgeting
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Ability to read technical plans and produce accurate take-offs
* BSc/BA in Construction, Engineering or related field (preferred)
* CPE or relevant certification (desirable)
* Excellent communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills
