Customer Operations Coordinator - Global Beauty Company
Hybrid working - 3 days week Central London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join a highly successful global beauty business in central London. Operating in over 130 countries through retailers and direct-to-consumer channels, our client has become a major player in the fragrance and beauty sector.
Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager the main purpose of this role is to manage the order to invoice process for the UK market, and to provide support and cover to other markets according to requirements. The CO coordinator will receive orders into the system, will work with Logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery, will be responsible for accurate invoicing and resolving customer claims.
Requirements
* Knowledge of the logistics flow and process within an FMCG business
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Analytical and accurate
* Problem solving and ‘can do’ approach
* Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Microsoft Dynamics experience useful
