We’re looking for an outstanding KYC Analyst to join our growing Compliance team and play a key role in ensuring fast, accurate, and compliant onboarding for our users. About The Role As a KYC Analyst at nsave, you’ll be at the core of our onboarding and compliance operations. You’ll verify and validate the accuracy of customer information and supporting documentation, perform sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and adverse media screening, and undertake enhanced due diligence (EDD). This is critical, hands-on work that ensures we maintain trust with users and regulators, all while keeping onboarding times near instant. You Will Be Responsible For KYC processing & user screening: Verify and validate the accuracy of customer information and supporting documentation Screen users against sanctions and watchlists Evaluate customer responses to enhanced due diligence questions with attention to detail and regulatory awareness Ensure consistent compliance with internal and external onboarding requirements Operational Efficiency Contribute to making onboarding times near instant Support 7-day operational coverage alongside the wider team Adapt quickly to evolving compliance processes and system changes Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements What We're Looking For You have experience in compliance, KYC/AML operations, or fintech onboarding You’re fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken You’re detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks that require focus and consistency You’re familiar with KYC/screening tools like ComplyAdvantage or similar platforms You work well independently and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments You’re process-minded, proactive, and ready to suggest ways we can improve resilience and scalability Working Arrangements To support 7-day operational coverage, team schedules will be structured to include weekends on a rotational basis. Team members will have two consecutive days off per week, though these days may not always fall on weekends.
