Head of Sales
Staffordshire based manufacturing leader is seeking a Head of Sales Manager to lead new business development and growth within existing accounts.
Salary & Benefits: £85,000 per annum base salary, bonus scheme with realistic OTE of £135,000. Includes company car, pension scheme, and life cover.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new clients, predominantly in UK and European markets.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs within highly technical and regulated sectors.
- Work closely with the senior management team to shape commercial strategy and support long‐term business goals.
- Expand revenue within existing accounts by identifying new applications, product lines, or service opportunities.
Qualifications
- Head of Sales experience, ideally within technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, self‐motivated approach with confidence to open doors and close deals.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
