About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Procurement Manager to lead and optimise our procurement function. This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality sourcing of materials, components, and services to support our offsite manufacturing operations, particularly in the production of bathroom pods. You will manage the end-to-end procurement process, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsible Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned with business goals, identifying cost-saving and value engineering opportunities Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, ensuring strong relationships, performance, and continuity of supply Oversee purchasing and inventory to support production schedules and avoid delays Ensure cost control through effective negotiation and market awareness Maintain quality, compliance, and adherence to UK regulations and standards Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and project teams to support delivery and innovation Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate records, and utilise ERP/MRP systems for effective procurement manage Skills & Experience Essential Criteria Strong negotiation skills with high commercial awareness Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management Minimum 5 years experience in a senior procurement or supply chain role Experience working within manufacturing or construction environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems such as Business Central and Microsoft Excel Desirable Criteria Experience in modular or offsite manufacturing environments Experience sourcing MEP components or building materials Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Benefits: Canteen Employee discount Free parking Health & wellbeing programme Life insurance On-site gym On-site parking Referral programme Skills: Procurement Quality Control Supply Chain Management Cost Control Benefits: Parking Medical Aid / Health Care Gym Group Life Assurance
