Maximise opportunities for recycling, landfill diversion, and resource recovery within muck away operations. Engage Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes to provide efficient and sustainable muck away solutions that align with client and project needs. Review pre-contract and tender documentation to confirm appropriate waste disposal routes, classification, and pricing strategy. Work closely with site and transport teams to maintain full compliance with waste transfer notes, tipping records, and regulatory standards. Key Accountabilities: Increase volumes of muck away services delivered via internal and approved third-party channels. Act as the commercial focal point for muck away-related enquiries. Regular engagement with internal teams and external clients to support muck away services. Identify profit improvement opportunities via efficient logistics, backloading, or in-house disposal. Conduct pre-contract site visits to identify access restrictions, contamination risks, and optimal muck away routes. Provide structured customer feedback and complaints analysis for continuous service improvement.
