Chemistry Laboratory Technician (Operator) 24-25kSouth East ABJ6515TEMP- 6 months on siteAn excellent opportunity for an early-career Chemistry Laboratory Technician / Lab Operator to join a dynamic and supportive team within a modern laboratory environment.This role is ideal for someone with a background in chemistry or manufacturing who is looking to develop hands-on experience in formulation, blending, and analytical testing. As lab technician you will play a key role in supporting laboratory operations while gaining exposure to wider technical and technology teams in a global setting.As a Laboratory Technician / Lap Operator in an industrial manufacturing setting, you will support day-to-day lab activities, including formulation and blending work, coordinating tests, and preparing samples for dispatch. This is a fantastic opportunity to build practical lab skills while developing your knowledge in performance testing and analytical science.Youll also have the chance to collaborate across teams, helping you grow your communication and technical skills in a professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to maintaining high health & safety standards within the labPrepare and blend formulations following established procedures and timelinesAccurately record and maintain experimental data and resultsCoordinate and dispatch samples to internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with internal teams to support lab activitiesEnsure all work meets required technical and quality standardsProvide general support across laboratory and wider technology teamsAssist with training new team members when requiredQualifications and ExperienceDegree or background in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial/Process Chemistry or similarSome laboratory or manufacturing experience (placement, internship, or work-based)Interest in formulation or blending (desirable but not essential)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyGood organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksA proactive attitude and willingness to learn and developThey offer an opportunity to learn and grow.
