Responsibilities:
* Lead a passionate Customer Success and Service team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
* Develop scalable service delivery strategies that effectively support business growth.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance adoption, retention, and expansion across the customer base.
* Utilize data and insights to improve the customer journey and identify commercial opportunities.
* Represent the voice of the customer and integrate this feedback into business strategies.
Candidate Profile:
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders from CEOs to technical teams and challenging clients.
* Experience in consultative, solution-based selling, with a focus on delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
* Commercial acumen to align growth initiatives with company objectives, identify opportunities, and achieve results.
* Knowledge of contact centre technology, SaaS, or customer experience solutions is preferred.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining calm, agility, and positivity under pressure.
* A solutions-oriented mindset, team spirit, and passion for transforming good performance into outstanding results.
