About the job Salary: £14,526.20 Hours: 37 hours per week Coastline Housing is looking for a motivated individual to join us as our newest Housing Apprentice. This is a 12-month apprenticeship where you will work alongside our Leasehold and Service Charge Team, gaining hands-on experience while completing the CIH Level 2 Certificate in Accounting with Accountancy Learning. The course will be conducted remotely, with weekly support sessions from your tutor. As an apprentice, you will be allocated a work mentor and receive comprehensive training, guidance, and support. You will also have access to Coastline's internal Apprentice networking group, where apprentices across the business come together to provide support, share experiences, and build personal and professional relationships. Key Responsibilities will include collecting payments and communicating with customers about service charges. Assisting with legal paperwork and answering lease-related questions. Supporting financial processes and helping to maintain tenancies. Ensuring systems are updated accurately and collaborating with different departments. The successful candidate will have a basic education, be keen and enthusiastic learners, and embody Coastline’s core values. Although this is a fixed-term contract, there may be opportunities for a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate who successfully completes the program.
