JOB SUMMARY As a Junior Bartender in our Straits Kitchen & Bar department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the bar Contributing to the overall guest experience Delivering high-quality service Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar Ensuring the satisfaction of our esteemed guests Take and process drink orders accurately and promptly Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other speciality drinks Follow all hotel and bar policies, including those related to responsible alcohol service.
