Office Administrator


Location: Office based (Exeter)

Salary: up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Type: Full-time



The Role


This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of the business.

You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day, while also building processes that support growth. This is not a purely administrative role - you’ll be expected to think commercially, improve how we operate, and take ownership of key areas across the business.



Key Responsibilities:


Operations & Process

* Build and optimise internal processes across customer onboarding, delivery and reporting
* Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
* Support cross-functional coordination between product, sales and customer success

Customer & Delivery Support

* Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
* Help manage timelines, deliverables and internal coordination
* Maintain high standards in client communication and delivery

Commercial & Business Support

* Assist with proposals, pricing and project planning
* Support pipeline tracking and internal reporting
* Work closely with founders on operational priorities and growth initiatives

People & Admin

* Support hiring processes (interviews, onboarding, documentation)
* Manage basic HR processes (holiday tracking, onboarding, etc.)
* Own day-to-day operational admin to keep the business running effectively



What We’re Looking For:


* Experience in an operations in a startup environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and able to take ownership without constant direction
* Commercially aware - you understand how decisions impact growth
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
* Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
