My client is a highly regarded professional services organisation who are continuing to grow due to the quality of their service and products.
The role
They are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Client Services Administrator to join their Financial Planning team in Taunton. In this vital support role, you will work closely with Financial Planning Consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional client care and operational efficiency.
You’ll be regularly communicating with clients, product providers, and internal teams, to ensure timely and accurate completion of new and ongoing business, all to a great service standard.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the client journey.
* Research and compile clear, accurate reports to support financial recommendations.
* Process and track new business applications and manage online platforms with attention to detail.
The successful candidate
* Previous experience within a similar role, including the use of Intelligent Office client database/back office system
* An awareness of FCA compliance requirements
* An interest in progressing with industry qualifications
* Great communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload
* A love of working in a team, with a focus on client care
