We are looking for experienced and compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Banbury, supporting adults with a range of mental health needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping individuals build confidence, manage challenges, and work towards greater independence.
The Role
You will provide practical and emotional support to service users in a variety of settings. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, encouraging engagement with the community, and supporting individuals to access services such as housing, benefits, and healthcare.
You’ll work closely with a wider team to deliver person-centred support, helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain stability in their lives.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working in health and social care, ideally with adults with mental health needs
A calm, supportive and non-judgemental approach
Flexibility and reliable availability for shifts
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Experience with key working, housing support or benefits is helpful but not essential
