We’re looking for a Care Team Leader to work alongside our Service Manager in leading a well-established supported living service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team and make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.
Role Details
* Contract: 37.5 hours per week
* Shifts: 07:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, occasional waking nights
* Weekends: Alternate weekends

Who We’re Looking For
* Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
* Or passionate Care Assistants ready to take the next step—we’ll support your growth
You’ll lead and motivate a team, deliver person-centred care, and support staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training. You’ll also manage medication and finance audits, health and safety checks, and liaise with professionals.
