The Installation Engineer Role
My client, an extremely well-established, family run business with an excellent reputation, is looking for an experienced Installation Engineer with a background in commercial coffee machines, water coolers, or hot & cold-water dispensers.
This is a field-based role covering London and the surrounding areas. You’ll install, commission and hand over equipment at customer sites, delivering a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
You’ll be joining a supportive, family-run business where quality, safety and customer satisfaction genuinely matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Installing and commissioning coffee machines and water systems
* Conducting site surveys and pre-installation checks
* Training customers on equipment use
* Completing documentation via company systems
* Managing van stock and maintaining tools/vehicle
* Working closely with Service, Sales and Operations teams
What We’re Looking For
* Experience installing commercial coffee machines or similar equipment
* Strong customer‑facing skills
* Able to work independently in a field‑based role
* Full UK driving licence
* Electrical knowledge/qualifications desirable
