A detailed-focused Finance / Accounts Assistant is required to join a dynamic finance team within a rapidly growing business.

* Responsibilities include:
* Managing credit and proforma customer accounts to ensure adherence to agreed terms and limits
* Coordinating overdue invoices and maintaining accurate records of credit control activity
* Recording and posting cashbook entries and conducting balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting employees with expense claims and ensuring timely submissions
* Providing accounting analysis to support internal reporting requirements
* Ensuring accurate payment processing and referencing
* Supporting sales and purchase ledger functions, including invoice processing and credit control
* Assisting with reporting such as Intrastat, EC sales, and ONS submissions
* Coordinating internal and external queries from customers and suppliers
* Processing general ledger journals and supporting month-end and year-end closing
* Contributing to margin analysis and management reporting
Requirements
1. Previous experience in finance or accounts roles
2. Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Oracle Fusion
3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
4. Good time management and ability to prioritise workload
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
6. Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving
