Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Accounts Administrator in our Ramsgate office, with occasional travel to Herne Bay. The salary package on offer is up to £28,000, depending on experience. Let’s talk about the Lettings Accounts Administrator role. It involves: Processing rental payments and reconciling daily bank transactions. Ensuring timely distribution of landlord payments and statements. Handling contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and authorisation before payment. Providing administrative support to the accounts team as required, including managing a shared mailbox. Working closely with the lettings and property management teams to resolve account queries. Representing our business to a high standard when contacted by both internal and external customers. Well organised, methodical, efficient and proactive. Strong numerical skills with experience in Excel. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Trustworthy and confidential when handling sensitive information. IT literate including experience of Microsoft Office programmes. Excellent time management and high level of accuracy when producing documentation. Able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and written.
