Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality output. Prepare and manage ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring everything is ready and well-organised for service. Maintain stock rotation and oversee deliveries to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with fresh, quality ingredients. Ensure high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
