Letting your creative juices flow as you develop high-quality recipes for the hotel's seasonal menu.
Showcasing your excellent kitchen management skills as you oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations.
Supporting the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team by building their knowledge through training and creating a positive working environment.
Assisting the Head Chef in organising and implementing seasonal pop-ups.
Going above and beyond to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
