The Customer Experience Manager is the person on the floor making sure every guest in T-Squared Social St Andrews has a great time and wants to come back.
What we're looking for
Someone who thrives on people. Who loves being around guests, making their day event more special.
Great hospitality experience, at the sharp end, behind the bar on the floor, amongst the guests.
Calm under pressure.
Social media skills and presence a huge plus point.

Most of what people remember about a night out is how they felt and how they were looked after. The food matters. The drinks matter. The space matters. But the difference between a good visit and a story they tell at home is almost always the people.

What will you be doing
You are visible at every busy service. Welcome at the door, eyes on the room, ready to step in. You should become the most popular person in the town. Connected to every hotel, concierge and group visiting.
You greet regulars by name and remember what they had last time. New guests get a proper introduction to the venue rather than a script. You are there to make sure our guests have a great time and come back next time.

Reviews and reputation. Reading them every day. Responding within 24 hours. Pulling out the patterns and bringing them back to the team.
The loyalty rhythm. Follow-ups, members, VIPs, returning families. The local marketing calendar, -partnerships, golf trips and more
