We are looking for a talented Bar Supervisor to join our team at MOTLEY.
The Role:
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our bar team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and for delivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support bar staff to ensure excellent customer service.
* Maintain bar inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Train and mentor new and existing bartenders.
* Assist in creating and updating the drinks menu.
* Handle cash, process payments, and manage till operations.
* Monitor customer experience and address any issues promptly.
* Work closely with management to improve bar efficiency and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
* Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
