* 3+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.
* Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.
* The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice.
* Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases.
* The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Our experienced medical negligence team handles cases including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric care. You will join Sharon Williams, a highly experienced Partner and accredited Clinical Negligence Specialist, with over 15 years of expertise in complex and catastrophic injury claims.
