Robert Half is partnering with a well-established accountancy practice to recruit a Payroll Clerk to cover a period of absence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and supportive environment with either full time or part time hours on office.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing client payrolls with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties:
* Processing monthly, fortnightly and weekly payrolls for a portfolio of clients
* Calculating and processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP,SPP)
* Managing all aspects of the payroll cycle, including new starters and leavers
* Resolving queries
* Supporting with year-end processes and payroll reconciliation
This role is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, you must be available to start as soon as possible.
