Consultant - Industrial / Recruitment Team
Location : Poole
Salary : £35,000 basic plus commission
We're looking for a motivated and proactive Consultant to join our busy Industrial team at TeamJobs. This role combines account management, sales, and candidate engagement, perfect for someone who enjoys a varied day supporting a high-performing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service
* Sales activities including qualifying and following up on leads
* Taking on-call phone responsibilities
* Supporting payroll (experience not essential)
* Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
* Driving business growth through excellent client and candidate engagement
What We're Looking For
* Full driving license and willingness to travel as required
* Positive, can-do attitude and proactive approach
* Confident phone manner and comfortable speaking with clients and candidates
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment
* Previous recruitment or account management experience is advantageous but not essential
