On call duties on a rota basis What You’ll Do Create and manage schedules that maximise efficiency and meet customer needs. Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes or priorities. Collaborate with teams to address gaps and optimise resource allocation. Support new service referrals, ensuring seamless integration into the schedule. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with compliance standards. Identify recruitment needs and support workforce planning. Strong IT skills and experience with scheduling systems (or a willingness to learn). A collaborative and communicative mindset.
