The organization is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operations across a dynamic regional footprint. In this strategic, hands-on role, you'll partner closely with Regional Vice Presidents, General Managers, and other business leaders to drive workforce effectiveness, leadership development, and organizational performance. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, supporting business growth, and embedding a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

* Act as a strategic HR advisor to field-based business leaders, supporting workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement efforts.
* Lead and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and ensure an exceptional employee experience.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent aligned with long-term business needs.
* Guide succession planning efforts and build internal pipelines for critical leadership roles.
* Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
* Promote a high-performance culture by supporting performance management programs and leadership capability building.
* Lead change management initiatives and ensure clear communication during periods of organizational transformation.
* Use HR analytics to identify trends, surface insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting ethical practices and workplace integrity.
* Champion employee engagement, retention strategies, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
* Own and lead a special HR focus area such as employee communications, incentive design, benefits advocacy, or policy development, contributing to broader HR evolution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including direct HRBP responsibilities.
* Proven ability to support a geographically dispersed, field-based workforce.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational design.
* Demonstrated success in coaching leaders, driving change, and influencing at all levels of the business.
* Experience with HR data analysis and using insights to drive results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment.
* Ability to travel to locations across the assigned region; initial travel will be more significant to support onboarding and business immersion.
