Youll work closely with a Level 5 PBS Practitioner to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This is a hands-on role where youll help develop and deliver person-centred behaviour support plans, improve quality of life, and reduce restrictive practices. What Youll Do Support assessments and help create PBS plans Provide direct support and crisis intervention Promote positive, person-centred approaches Collect and analyse behavioural data Coach staff on PBS strategies Take part in debriefs and team meetings Keep accurate records and reports Commit to ongoing training and development What Were Looking For Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs Understanding of PBS or ABA principles Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and complete PBS training Organised, reflective, and compassionate Flexible and able to work across different services Desirable Experience in care, education, or healthcare Working towards a qualification in Health & Social Care, Psychology, or related field Familiarity with behavioural data collection
