The Opportunity
The Barnet Group (TBG) is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next chapter. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a diverse and ambitious group that delivers housing, care and community services to thousands of people across Barnet.
As Chief Executive Officer, you will shape the strategic direction of the Group, ensuring strong performance, financial resilience and continued growth. You will work closely with the Board, the Council and a wide range of stakeholders to deliver services that improve lives and provide real value to the community.
TBG has grown significantly since its formation, now employing over 1,000 staff and managing more than 15,000 homes. We also deliver homelessness services and specialist adult social care through our subsidiary, Your Choice Barnet. With a turnover of £140 million and a secure future under a new 10-year management agreement from 2026, this is an exciting time to join.
