Key Responsibilities Provide specialist pharmaceutical care to patients with HIV, supporting effective and patient-centred treatment plans. Participate in service evaluations and clinical audits to promote ongoing improvements. Requirements Hospital and clinical experience within HIV services is essential. HCPC registration required.
