About the Role
We are looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s. This includes cleaning caravans on Mondays & Fridays and working with our bars team for the remaining days. In the bars, you will serve drinks and cocktails, clear tables, and assist during entertainment shows.
Description
Working on a rota of 5 out of 7 days, shifts may include weekends. Typical hours are 30-35 per week, with shifts between 9am - 4am, including Mondays and Fridays. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. We value attitude, mindset, and enthusiasm for guest service. This role offers variety and the opportunity to gain experience in guest-facing roles, ideal for those seeking temporary work or a career at Butlin’s.
