NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for an Innovation and Performance Advisor to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
Innovation within NHS Supply Chain is relevant not only to bring a product to market but also to inform category management to ensure we are developing as the market changes, giving us a unique position to continue to meet our customer needs.
We are seeking an Innovation and Performance Advisor who will be responsible for supporting the supplier base to and continuing to remove complexity in the innovation pathway as the key point of contact and strategic partner for the NHSE Innovation Service (the national front door for innovation). You will work closely with commercial, clinical and customer colleagues to enable access through effective strategy development and aligned support mechanisms. As a team we will support the Customer Directorate in driving the adoption and spread of innovative products, ensuring innovators and stakeholders have a clear, efficient route through the innovation pathway
You will be accountable for supporting the implementation of the Health Innovation team’s strategy, roadmap and continuous improvements.
