We have a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team supporting the Bracknell Forest Safeguarding Board. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity for 22.5 hours per week.

About you…

You will provide business and project support to help organisations work together to safeguard children and adults. You will be an enthusiastic, organised, proactive and detailed orientated person who can work independently. A high standard of computer literacy and data management is essential, along with a clear understanding of confidentiality.


About the team…

We are a small, friendly and experienced team co-ordinating Bracknell Forest’s multi agency safeguarding arrangements. We work closely with a wide range of organisations to ensure adults and children are protected. Our goal is to ensure all residents of Bracknell Forest have safe and fulfilling lives. We support each other, embrace learning and take pride in making a difference as we address new safeguarding developments and challenges and benefiting from the variety of work.

* Manage multi-agency safeguarding reviews and audits for adults and children, supporting the production of reports.
* Coordinate strategic projects, forums, workshops and learning events.
* Analyse safeguarding data and trends, ensuring data quality and security.
* Provide business support to the Safeguarding Board and its subgroups.
* Lead communications with partners and the public, including social media and website updates.
* 28 days* annual leave increasing to 33 days* after 3 years’ continuous service.
