**Hybrid Working - Covering Hawes, Ribblehead and Richmond**
You must live within approximately one hour of the business locations.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media and Content Creator to join a growing hospitality business representing six unique brands across the Yorkshire Dales.
Working across venues including The Tan Hill Inn, The Green Dragon and The Station Inn, this hybrid role combines home working, office-based work, and on-site content creation. From capturing live music and special events to showcasing hospitality, food, drink and accommodation, the successful candidate will play a key role in bringing each brand to life through engaging social media content.
This role would suit a creative individual with a passion for photography, videography, and social media, who enjoys being out and about creating content and telling stories through video and imagery.
What we need from you as a Social Media and Content Creator:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience within social media, content creation, marketing, or a similar role
* Confident ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
* Able to travel between sites in Hawes, Ribblehead and Richmond as required
* Strong photography and videography skills - these are essential
* Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, including an understanding of social media monetisation and revenue generation
* Experience editing photographs and videos for social media platforms
* A creative eye and the ability to capture engaging content
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and organised approach to work
* Comfortable working independently and using your own initiative
* Experience using social media scheduling tools, ideally Plannable, would be advantageous
What this role involves:
* Creating engaging social media content across six brands
* Capturing photography and videography content at various business locations
* Creating reels, videos, and visual content for social media campaigns
* Planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Supporting the promotion of events, live music, food offerings, and seasonal activities
* Attending occasional evening and weekend events to capture content
* Working closely with management to ensure content reflects each brand's identity and objectives
* Monitoring social media trends and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and reach
* Helping to grow brand awareness and strengthen the online presence of the businesses
Salary: starting on £28,000 - £32,000 per year, dependent upon experience.
Hours: Full-time position, flexible working arrangements available. Core hours are typically 9:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend working will be required to support live events and content creation.
