A day in the life
* Deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons (plans provided or adapted with flair)
* Support students across KS3-KS4, and KS5 where appropriate
* Maintain high standards of behaviour, using fair, consistent strategies
* Monitor student wellbeing and immediately report any safeguarding concerns
* Complete key admin such as registers and handover notes-so the class teacher can return smoothly
* Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a safe, supportive environment for every student
