The Role:
This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Manchester.
You will be an ambitious individual, eager to work with clients situated within the hospitality, retail, telecoms, technology and public sectors. You will have a diverse caseload covering all types of commercial property disputes including lease renewals, restrictive covenants, break options, dilapidations, rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance, possession claims and insolvency-related issues.
This role comes with strong prospects to progress further towards the senior level in the coming years, aligning with the Firm's growth project for the Manchester team. You will be closely mentored as you develop into a well-established Real Estate Litigation Solicitor.
Requirements:
* You will be a qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE with experience in commercial real estate litigation matters
* You will be keen to develop your legal knowledge and work collaboratively within the real estate litigation team
* You will have an ambition to take ownership of and proactively progress a varied caseload
