Chief Counsel, Compliance, Head Of Compliance
Location: Remote (with regular UK travel)
Are you a senior compliance lawyer or professional ready to shape strategy on a global stage? A world-leading company in his field is seeking a Chief Counsel, Compliance to build and lead its global compliance function.
As part of the Legal Leadership Team, you’ll:
* Design and drive a global compliance transformation programme (sanctions, anti-bribery, third-party risk, data privacy, sector regs).
* Translate complex regulation into practical, business-focused policies.
* Partner with senior leaders across Legal, Risk, HR, Finance, and Commercial to embed compliance into core operations.
* Champion an ethical, values-driven culture in a business that’s pushing the frontiers of its industry.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified lawyer, 10+ years in compliance, with senior leadership experience.
* Proven track record building compliance frameworks in global, fast-paced environments.
* Skilled communicator who can influence, educate, and engage at all levels.
* Resilient, collaborative, and motivated to lead with integrity.
