As a key member of the Pharmacy Team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to patients at the Duchess of Devonshire Wing (adult cancer services).
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, plus on-call shifts.
Location: The London Clinic, 22 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW.
Salary: Band 7 equivalent salary range, dependent on skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive, effective, and patient-centered Clinical Pharmacy service to designated Oncology/Haematology wards.
* Lead and develop aspects of the clinical pharmacy service to enhance the patient experience.
* Ensure the release of chemotherapy products in accordance with GMP standards.
* Promote rational and optimal medication use.
* Provide relevant medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients.
* Participate in out-of-hours pharmacy services as per the roster.
Skills & Experience
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist with a postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification.
* Post-registration experience in UK hospital pharmacy.
* Experience in Clinical Oncology and aseptic services.
* Patient-focused, proactive, and dynamic approach to pharmacy services.
* Organized, flexible, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
