Description
We are looking for an Administrator to join our successful and award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners, providing vital support to our Financial Planners.

In this role, you will organise and facilitate client meetings, serve as a key point of contact for clients, and manage a range of administrative tasks including application processing, compliance checks, and information gathering. You will also maintain client records on our Enable CRM system and ensure effective communication with both clients and providers. Your support will help deliver tailored advice and maintain our high standards of service.

What you'll do
Client Support:
Support the Financial Planner with the organisation and facilitation of client meetings, both virtually and in-person. Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries and requests.Administration:

Carry out daily administrative duties, including preparing and submitting applications, and keeping client information up to date on our Enable CRM system.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and providers throughout all stages of the process.
Compliance & Documentation:

Complete electronic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

Handle the documentation process for new business cases and asset transfers, including uploading and submitting required compliance paperwork to Enable.
Information Management:

Gather necessary information, quotes, illustrations, and product details for analysis.

Collate client data and documentation to help prepare personalised recommendation reports and related correspondence.
Communication:

Prepare and send out documents for electronic signatures using Adobe Sign.

Respond promptly and professionally to client and provider enquiries by phone and email.
Team Support:
Provide additional administrative or operational support as needed to help achieve team and business goals.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

We are seeking a motivated individual who excels at building strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

You will be confident taking initiative, yet also thrive as part of a collaborative team.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential.

You should be able to make sound decisions and stay composed under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. You will be expected to complete a range of educational and training modules on our internal client management systems, client asset custody and administration platforms (including Enable and Fusion), and become fully familiar with our online client portal, Wealth Platform.

You will embrace change and play an active role in contributing to our positive corporate culture. Outstanding telephone manner and communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

R01, FA1, FA2 qualifications, or a willingness to work towards them, will be an advantage.
