£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours:
9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)

The Role
Are you an experienced teacher looking to make a meaningful difference outside the traditional classroom? We're seeking a compassionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs. This role is about more than just teaching—it's about connection, trust, and helping young people rediscover their potential.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Plan and deliver personalised lessons in Maths, English, and Science
2. Adapt your teaching to meet the emotional and academic needs of each learner
3. Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families
4. Create a safe, structured environment that encourages growth and confidence
5. Promote independence, resilience, and a love of learning
What You'll Bring
1. QTS or equivalent (PGCE)
2. Minimum 2 years' teaching experience
3. Experience working with SEN and SEMH learners
4. Confidence teaching across Key Stages 1-4
5. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
6. Legal right to work in the UK
7. Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
