We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our client’s team.

Hours : 40, Monday to Friday
Responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional service throughout the delivery of their project, maintaining regular contact and providing timely updates throughout the delivery cycle.
Identifies risks and takes ownership for resolving issues that impact on the customer order, facilitating between departments to resolve problems, to find mutually acceptable solutions for the customer and the business.
Delivers against Provisioning KPI s and influences and negotiates with other support departments to ensure they also deliver to agreed SLA s.
Report on any failures, and feedback to relevant parties as well as conducting root cause analysis and quality checks.
Provide technical support to Provisioning Representatives to assist them in managing their own order portfolio, which may involve training and coaching, taking responsibility for more complex orders, attending customer calls and driving them to meet KPI s.
Understanding of and passion for delivery of excellent service to internal and external customers Experience of working in a Business to Business telecoms environment, ideally working on a range of technologies covering voice, data, and IP services.
