Base pay range
Family Law Solicitor: £34,000-£59,000 dependent on experience plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A & Work level 5) – Hybrid working between home and one day a week in the office. Hybrid working policy

Your expertise will help guide clients through important moments, and you'll work closely with your team to share knowledge, support each other, and deliver the best service possible.
What you'll do
* Take ownership of a mixed caseload of family matters, undertaking active negotiation to get the best results for your clients. Administrative and secretarial support will also be provided.
* Use our case management system to make sure information is recorded accurately.
* Meet individual and team chargeable time & profit cost targets.
* Draft and audit legal documents and correspondence.
* For senior or lead level roles, take on line management responsibilities, role model inclusive leadership, mentor junior members, delegate work, act as a subject‑matter expert, and contribute to strategic positioning, marketing, and promotion of the department.
Qualifications
* Qualified as Solicitor / CILEX qualified, with experience in handling privately funded family law matters.
* Proven experience of working towards and meeting chargeable and billing targets.
* Good general IT skills including use of a case management system.
* Great relationship‑building skills, able to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service.
* High level of attention to detail and great organisational skills.
* Resilience and ability to embrace change.
