Job Description

3. Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk with professionalism
4. Coordinating meetings, travel, events, and office logistics
5. Managing office supplies, purchase orders, and stock
6. Supporting site operations including HS&E, PPE, and contractor coordination
7. Handling calls, mail, couriers, and general admin across the business
8. Providing key support to the Site Director and wider teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Admin and Facilities Assistant should have:

9. Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support role
10. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
11. Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
12. Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
13. Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
