As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.
Our operation in Portbury is looking for candidates who can commit to a 14:00-22:30 shift on either a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday pattern.

What will you do & what will you need
The role includes handling goods from intake through to dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles while adhering to our health & safety culture. Responsibilities involve scanning and picking different products and moving stock around using modern electronic voice equipment. You will work as part of a warehouse team in a chilled environment; appropriate uniform will be provided, but it’s not for everyone.
We are looking for passionate, adaptable, and collaborative individuals. Ideally, you'll follow instructions well and work efficiently with the team, demonstrating pace and adaptability. Full training will be provided, and there are excellent opportunities for career progression within the network and beyond.
